About SCPMG

The South Central Pennsylvania Magicians Guild is a private group of Magicians who congregate for the in-depth and advanced study of the Magical Arts. Basically the SCPMG exists to have fun and grow magic. The group is relaxed in nature, and looks forward to being a driving force in magic in the South Central Pennsylvania area.

The SCPMG is open to anyone with an interest in magic. You do not need to be a professional performer. We welcome everyone with only one criteria - you must have a passion for magic. Guild members are encouraged to bring guests that carry an interest in magic.

The SCPMG meets monthly. Our meetings are usually on the third Monday of every month. We usually try to arrange the meeting at an area restaurant to allow for fellowship and dining in addition to the magic. Upcoming meetings are announced in the News and Events section of this site as well as our email updates.

Unlike chartered national clubs, the SCPMG enjoys a freedom from typical club politics. The SCPMG is a private club and managed by the owner of MagicVault. The club founder maintains a focus for the group, but allows the group freedom to session on magic as they like. Each month will have a focus topic, but members are welcome to break away into smaller groups to work on different material, or to just discuss magic to their liking.
